Whilst we offer a comprehensive design and construct service, with the facilities and expertise to bring to life your vision for your future home. We are happy to work closely with your predesignated professionals.

What is a turnkey service?

A turnkey property is a fully renovated home or apartment building that you can immediately live in or rent out. This can also apply to new home builds.

Do you offer a defects and warranty period?

Yes, we offer a 12 months defects period plus a 6 year structural guarantee. Any new appliances come with their own warranties.
