Following extensive fire damage to the upper floor of this property in Perth’s northern suburbs Sunbuild Constructions were contracted by insurer AJ Grant to perform a full rebuild, restoring the home to a brand new finish.
After initial make safe works a structural integrity assessment determined that some of the existing structure required demolishing. Following four months of construction and repairs the project was complete with beautifully finished timber flooring throughout.
