This 8000m2 mixed use office/retail development in the heart of Subiaco was built with a 4.5 star Australian Building Greenhouse Rating System target. Situated in a highly sought after retail precinct the project consisted of a two level basement car park and a four storey office block. The high quality finish and efficient construction was made possible by the use of the Novatec formwork system, the first time this system was used in Western Australia.
